Structured To Meet Your Needs

Large construction projects have many moving parts. As construction managers, we represent the owners, helping them achieve their goals for the project. We plan, coordinate, manage costs and supervise projects from development to occupancy. Our job is to protect the owner, reduce costs, provide quality control and keep the project on schedule.
This contracting method allows us to guarantee a price and schedule prior to starting construction, which transfers risk from the client to Quandel. In Construction Management At-Risk, we manage costs and schedule for the owner during planning and design, establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price. We then manage the construction phase with an emphasis on cost control, schedule, safety and quality.
A contracting approach that provides the owner with a single contract for both design and construction. This creates efficiencies throughout the planning process, resulting in a more cost effective project. In addition to avoiding potential problems due to multiple contracts, the ability to control design results in faster delivery than other contracting methods.
We provide full-service real estate development solutions to meet the needs of our clients and partners. Our turnkey approach focuses on an array of services including land acquisition, design, construction, financing, operations, maintenance and management.
We provide these services on projects from commercial buildings to onsite privatized water/ wastewater treatment plants for major industrial water users.
Our engineering teams specialize in transportation and rail consulting, bridge design and construction, construction engineering and inspection services as well as water and wastewater recycling and re-use system design and solutions.
A traditional construction contract. We’re retained at the completion of design to build the project based on defined specs and bid documents. As general contractors, we’re responsible for day-to-day oversight, including all material, labor, equipment and services necessary for construction. General contractors often hire specialized subcontractors to perform portions of the work.
