Project Name

Medical Office Building | New Laundry Services & Power Plant

Location

Lewisburg, PA

Project Description

Quandel provided construction management services for Evangelical Community Hospital on two major phases of their Master Plan for the Hospital Campus. The first phase of the project involved a new three-story Ambulatory Services Center.  This 54,000 SF facility provided a variety of outpatient services such as surgery, five (5) new operating rooms and women’s services such as mammography and an oncology treatment area.

In addition to the Ambulatory Services Center, a new laundry services building and power plant were constructed.  The new power plant houses all of the major equipment such as chillers, boilers and emergency generators needed to provide all major utilities and HVAC to the Hospital Campus.  Relocating both the power plant and laundry facilities allowed for additional parking on the site.
