The Patrick and Margaret DeNaples Center was the largest construction project in the history of the University. We selected Quandel for their experienced team of professionals who worked diligently to complete the project on time and under budget. The value and cost control initiatives Quandel put into place were fantastic. We had an aggressive multi-million dollar contingency plan in place that, in the end, was not needed because Quandel was able to maximize our value in every aspect. This attention to detail really cemented my respect for this organization. I highly recommend Quandel for their experience, professionalism and understanding of the entire construction process.
