Quandel was hired by Exeter Property Group, a property management firm, to complete the renovation of this 160,600-square-foot warehouse. The project began with demolition of all interior walls, doors, floor, and ceiling, as well as removal of HVAC and sprinkler systems within office areas. Demolition included removal of all partition walls, doors, lights, and approximately 38,000 square feet of concrete and steel-framed mezzanine.
Once demolition was completed, aluminum entrances were replaced. The renovation included14 new dock doors, a new roof system, relocation of one stairway to the remaining 7,000 square foot mezzanine, concrete patching and repair, as well as interior and exterior power washing and painting.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
