The building, one of the oldest homes built in Dallas, was completely renovated in three months and now accommodates 30 students.
Renovations to the former bed & breakfast included removal of existing living spaces to accommodate bedrooms for up to 12. The kitchen was renovated to include an eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar for additional seating and the existing dining room into living space for the student. The second floor kitchen was removed and the bedrooms expanded to accommodate an addition eight students.
The project was finished on schedule despite unforeseen issues with water damage.
