Project Details.

Our firm provided construction management at risk (preconstruction and construction) services for two renovation projects for Towson University. The Institute for Well-Being (IWB) is the interprofessional practice arm of The College of Health Professions and provides clinic space for programs in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language, Hearing & Balance as well as the Hussman Center for adults with autism. This renovated space is to accommodate these clinic functions within two University owned buildings (41,000 GSF at 7400 York Rd and 5,400 GSF at the Towson University Administration Building located at 7720 York Road).

The scope of the project included new interior renovations to accommodate the clinic and programming function of the Institute. Building efficiency was improved with new foam insulation at previously uninsulated exterior walls.
