Quandel was selected to renovate two outdated presidential suites on the 20th floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Columbus. Upgrades include flooring, paint, cabinets, countertops, and a full bathroom makeover. Quandel was also responsible for removing and replacing existing, outdated shaft walls and some plumbing and HVAC upgrades.
