Maplestreet Dining and Residence Hall
This combination residence/dining facility on Miami University’s campus includes state-of-the-art kitchens, amenities for seven restaurants, as well as 39 double and 10 single residence suites to house 90 students. The new facility includes Neo-Georgian architecture and keeps with the charm and style of the brick veneer and slate-style roof typically seen on campus. The three-story complex has a basement which includes locker rooms complete with showers for the dining staff. The attic and basement will also house mechanical space for electric and plumbing and include one of two elevators that go to the above floors. This project is a LEED Certified project.
