We selected Quandel for this job because of the quality of work they did on our two previous contracts and their experience with design-build management projects. They brought tremendous insight to the scope of this project and played a significant part in designing the equine complex. The Quandel team had constructive time and money saving proposals. They worked very well to maintain the best possible cost factor. The project site is outstanding. I have nothing but praise. As a whole, I am very pleased with Quandel’s work in all three projects, and would recommend them in the future. They are the best we have had to date!
