Project Description
Quandel provided construction services for a new Equine Rehabilitation Center at Morrisville State College in New York.
The center features state-of-the-art equipment and offers rehabilitation services necessary to ensure healthy horses and help rehabilitate equine athletes following injury or surgery. The facility is one of the very few publicly accessible equine rehabilitation enters in the Northeast.
The project, which was constructed on 103 acres in Nelson, New York, consists of a new 40,000-square-foot indoor riding arena, new thoroughbred barn, quarantine barn, rehabilitation barn, and a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which includes an equine pool, classroom, conference room, 10,000-square-foot therapy area as well as an aquatrainer underwater treadmill.
