Project Description

The University of Scranton selected Quandel as their design-build construction manager for the new Condron Hall on their campus. In order to meet the aggressive 11 month schedule, Quandel suggested a precast concrete exterior and structural system as the basis of the design. The seven-story project was completed under budget by $2 million.

Utilizing LEED® certified building products and sustainable design, the Hall houses 386 sophomores and includes three apartments for faculty/visitors and the Office of Residence Life. The Hall also features a multipurpose room, laundry, two TV lounges, two kitchens, and six study lounges.
