Project Description

Wilson School District selected Quandel as their Construction Manager for the new West Middle School, which was constructed to accommodate grades sixth through eight and now has the capacity to house 1,000 students. Additionally, soccer, baseball and softball fields surround the new middle school as well as a stadium with all-weather track and grandstands plus five tennis courts. The new school contains the following:

  • Administration Area with Guidance & Health Suite

The 2-story school is constructed with a brick facade, insulated glass windows, a 30-year EPDM roof and geothermal wells.

West Middle School was the eighth project Quandel was hired to manage for the Wilson School District, representing over $120 million in construction value.
