Work commenced after the school year was completed and ready for the University’s Fall semester.
Quandel is currently working on Phase 2 of the St. Thomas Renovations project at the University of Scranton, which includes renovations to the Treasurer’s office, northwest entry, lobby stairs and 2nd floor faculty offices. The northwest entry is being totally demolished and will be reconstructed with finishes to match the North Commons Entrance of the Loyola Science Center. The Lobby will receive new ceramic wall tile, handrails and upgrades to the existing elevator. The Treasurer’s office will be reconfigured to better serve the University’s needs. The eastern part of the work area consisted of existing classrooms which are being transformed into faculty offices and a student interaction area, similar to those in the new science center.
