The project also included the construction of all-new Preliminary Treatment Processes consisting of a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Diversion Chamber, outfall sewer and headwall on the Lackawanna River, Parshall Flume influent flow meter, two mechanical filter screens, two vortex grit removal systems, a pavilion over the new preliminary treatment processes, a new utility water pump station, related ancillary systems, and all excavation, backfill, pipe, compaction, fence, asphalt drive, topsoil, final grading and seeding, landscaping, site restoration, and all incidental materials and labor.

Quandel performed their contract professionally and efficiently. They were responsive in addressing issues as they arose during the course of construction and change orders were justified and reasonable. The project was completed at a cost of approximately $3.7. Million. We recommend Quandel construction without reservation to other project owners based on our favorable experience with them on this project.
