The project involved renovations to the main dining hall, kitchen, main hall, and meeting rooms. The renovations to the kitchen included new, modern kitchen equipment with various serving lines, and a new food court. The dining hall received new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes along with special lighting. In addition, the project included a new specialty dining area and architectural upgrades to various meeting rooms. Quandel completed the project within the very aggressive 90-day schedule.
