The site presented challenging conditions such as heavy traffic as a result of being adjacent to the Hershey Post Office, Hershey Museum, Hershey Press Building, and near the famous Hershey Park Complex.
The new facility includes 342 new parking spaces, a traffic signal on West Chocolate Avenue, and the reconfiguration on Park Boulevard to one-way traffic. In addition, the new 125-foot long glass enclosed pedestrian bridge, with HVAC system, was erected to cross over active railroad tracks leading to a new precast bus station. The project also included prefabricated bus shelters adjacent to the bus station.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance of Quandel. Our project manager represented Quandel in a professional manner. This was a complex project, and our project manager was totally immersed in all elements. It was refreshing to see his very positive work ethic and dedication to the project. A project of this size did have some challenges, and Quandel addressed each and every one to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Quandel without hesitation.
