Our firm provided construction management at-risk (pre-construction and construction) services for this phased occupied renovation of The Warehouse at Camden Yards. This building, originally constructed between 1899 and 1905, includes eight floors and a basement. Major renovations converting the space into an office building were complete in the 1990’s and included elevator repairs at that time as well. This current improvement project modernized several areas of the building, replaced windows, and upgraded the HVAC system facility-wide. Warehouse improvements included electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural upgrades.
Project Highlights:
– Interior and exterior lighting controls and upgrades
– Exterior up-lighting and signage upgrades
– Public lobby and restroom renovations
– Window improvements, replacement/repairs, and locks
– Modernization and expansion of the existing prox card system
– Interior and exterior security camera upgrades
– Sub-metering of tenant spaces
– HVAC controls and upgrades (VAV and AHU replacements)
