The three-story, 28,000-square-foot building occupies land in the center of a working campus and required extensive planning around existing utilities and walking paths. Plans were adjusted to allow for a historic tree to remain on site. Site preparation also included installing an underground storm retention system.
The curved glass exterior of the building offers prospective students and visitors a “window” overlooking the campus.
The COVID-19 pandemic occurred during the construction timeline and was handled by adhering to changing guidelines and with the utmost care for the safety of staff, students, and workers.

The Pyramid team was excellent to work with.
