Built on the site of a former flower shop that was demolished for the new studio, the building has 7,400 square feet of space, divided between four studio spaces. It also includes a pilates studio, a cafe and a retail shop that sells ballet supplies, flowers and more. There is a mezzanine that visitors can use to look over two of the studios and the cafe.
The building also has 24 parking spaces, six of which are for its employees and provides enough space for up to 72 students, four for each of those parking spaces, according to the appeal.
