Construction Management at-Risk services (preconstruction and construction) for the phased, occupied renovations to Sherman Hall on the University of Maryland Baltimore County campus. Phase I of the project moved occupants out of the second floor B Wing to allow for the total demolition of the existing space. Once the space was completely gutted and vacated, Phase II involved renovating the space into three separate suites – Advising, Meyerhoff and Registrar – with shared conference rooms, kitchen and circulation space surrounding the suites. The building remained occupied and fully operational throughout demolition and construction.
