The seven-story project was completed under budget by $2 million.
Utilizing LEED® certified building products and sustainable design, the Hall houses 386 sophomores and includes three apartments for faculty/visitors and the Office of Residence Life. The Hall also features a multipurpose room, laundry, two TV lounges, two kitchens, and six study lounges.

The method and manner in which quandel performed was nothing short of stellar! Quandel’s skill in coordinating the process was a pleasure to watch. Moreover, i’d like to recognize the efforts of Quandel’s project team in their tireless work on behalf of the university. Their support of this project and its many facets was invaluable in our ability to meet the tight timeline. Quandel has proven to be a wonderful partner in providing top-notch, state-of-the-art facilities for our students.
