This involved demolishing and replacing the old control tower with new a new set of valves and controls. Then we removed the existing concrete dam and built a new one in its place. The earthen dam was then fitted with a new drainage system and raised several feet to update it to current standards. Keeping water flowing through the dam at all times as well as removing the old control tower from them middle of the lake made this project very challenging. A pedestrian bridge was also placed across the new spillway for visitors to access the dam breast.
