Westerville, OH – Quandel Construction Group, Inc. was recently selected to serve as Construction Manager At-Risk for Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI). This new $11.9 million, state-of-the-art crime lab and investigation facility will be housed on the campus of Bowling Green State University (BGSU).
This project is still in the preliminary planning phase, but the facility is anticipated to be 35,000 – 40,000 square feet. Working closely with SSOE Group, of Toledo, construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2013. Plans for expansion will increase the capabilities of BCI in Northeast Ohio and create a first-of-its-kind relationship between BGSU and BCI.
