OHIO – Zane State College celebrated the completion of their new Advanced Science and Technology Center on January 8th with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Quandel was hired to perform construction management services. The new facility includes general classroom space, lab space, community space, and space to support the academic and training programs of the College. The lab spaces include computer, geology, physics, robotics, alternative energy, biology, anatomy and physiology. Technology areas include computer lab spaces which are highly flexible with advanced technology components, and a development studio which includes a sound booth, green screen and video equipment. Additional exterior spaces include a roof garden and flexible outdoor space for educational purposes.
This is a LEED Registered project with the goal of LEED Silver certification.
